MEET MR VAIBHAV BHARDWAJ

Mr. Vaibhav Bhardwaj is the Director and Founder of TIM Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors Pvt. Ltd., bringing with him over 24 years of distinguished experience in the insurance and automobile sectors. He began his professional journey in the automobile industry, gaining hands-on technical expertise before moving into the insurance domain, where he developed a comprehensive understanding of claim assessment, risk inspection, and loss management. Throughout his career, Mr. Bhardwaj has been associated with some of India’s most reputed general insurance companies, including Tata AIG General Insurance Co. Ltd., Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd., and Bharti AXA General Insurance Co. Ltd. (now merged with ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd.). During his tenure, he held several leadership positions and was last designated as Regional Head – Commercial Claims (North), where he successfully led teams handling large commercial and industrial claims across multiple insurance segments.

After a six-year tenure as a Principal Surveyor, he founded TIM Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors Pvt. Ltd. in 2017 with a clear vision — “To be the most preferred Surveyor and Loss Assessor Company in India by bringing both excellence and speed in the claim settlement process.” Under his dynamic leadership, the company has grown into a trusted name in the industry, recognized for its professionalism, integrity, and technical expertise. Mr. Bhardwaj’s vast experience spans a broad spectrum of insurance classes, including Automobile, Fire, Engineering, Marine Cargo, Miscellaneous, and Liability Claims. He has been instrumental in handling complex and large-scale loss assessments, catastrophic claims, and pre-risk inspections for major industrial and commercial clients. His practical insight, analytical approach, and dedication to fair assessment have earned him immense respect among clients, insurers, and industry peers. Known for his strategic vision and commitment to service excellence, Mr. Bhardwaj continues to lead TIM Insurance Surveyors and Loss Assessors Pvt. Ltd. toward sustained growth, innovation, and leadership in the Indian insurance survey industry.

Mr. Nitesh Sharma is a qualified Mechanical Engineer (B.E.) and a licensed Surveyor and Loss Assessor with over two decades of professional experience in the insurance industry. Since 2002, he has been practicing as an independent professional, providing expert survey and assessment services across multiple insurance domains including Motor, Miscellaneous, and Marine portfolios. Over the years, Mr. Sharma has developed extensive technical expertise in evaluating, analyzing, and reporting a wide variety of claims. His in-depth understanding of mechanical systems, combined with practical field experience, enables him to deliver accurate, fair, and reliable assessments. Known for his professionalism and commitment to quality, Mr. Sharma continues to contribute significantly to the company’s mission of excellence and efficiency in claim settlement services.
